After hours veterinary care
When Gary came to see us, he was in trouble. Gary was bleeding out from a large ruptured liver cancer. Gary was dying. His mum and dad would do anything humanly possible to try and save him.
Molly presented with open mouthed breathing as she gasped for air. Her belly was swollen and her lungs were full of fluid. Her heart was starting to fail and she was in the last few hours of her life.
We pick up the red lights on the dashboard allowing us to save the animal before it’s too late. We suggested an ultrasound and we found that Baxter had an adrenal tumor.
Spidercat presented with barely hours to live. She was so dehydrated her skin was permanently tenting. Spidercat hadn’t eaten for a few days now and she was weak and barely able to move.
Beagles love food….perhaps more than life itself. The stimulation of psychogenic pleasure centres in the brain go into overdrive if it is ill gotten food.
Social distancing is easy for pets and people in our spacious waiting areas.
