When your pet is sick you need results fast. You don’t want to have to wait until tomorrow if you have an emergency out of hours. We deliver results of blood tests within minutes because we have a full laboratory in our hospital. We can run tests and get results fast when your pet is sick. No need to wait!
We make those difficult cases easier because we can see what is going on with our advanced imaging.
High or low blood pressure can lead to serious disease. This is largely untested in animals but the consequences of high blood pressure are real. Prevent retinal disease and blindness, vascular disease, brain injury and kidney damage with regular blood pressure checks.
We can do blood typing and cross matching for blood transfusions right here at Treendale. That’s important in an emergency when you can’t wait until tomorrow for results from a lab in Perth.
At Treendale we mix a wealth of experience with an arsenal of sophisticated diagnostic equipment under our roof to allow us to accurately diagnose your pet’s problem fast and begin appropriate treatment and therapies immediately. We have everything from an advanced imaging CT scanner and on site blood testing facilities to X-Rays and ultrasound so that we can make an accurate diagnosis and start making your pet better quicker!
One of our friendly receptionists will make an appointment at a convenient time for you. We are open 7 days and we are open until 8pm on weekdays for your convenience.
You will see one of our experienced veterinarians who will do a thorough exam.
The veterinarian may recommend some tests such as blood tests, imaging or advanced imaging such as a CT scan depending on the circumstances.
We will do an estimate before proceeding so that you know up front what the costs will be.
If the veterinarian has recommended blood tests, you can wait until the results are finished. We will have blood test results finished in just ten minutes.
If the veterinarian recommends any other tests one of our kind care nurses will admit your beloved pet to our fear free animal hospital where they will listen to calming music in temperature controlled surroundings.
The veterinarian will call you as soon as we have the tests completed to discuss the findings and required treatment.
Social distancing is easy for pets and people in our spacious waiting areas.
