Neurology

We can provide answers. Neurological problems can
manifest as terrible pain, behavioural changes,
weakness, lameness, muscle wasting, yelping or crying
for no obvious reasons or balance problems.
Sometimes pets may be paralysed or unable to walk.
Perhaps your pet has seizures and you need to know
why? We can help you find the answers you need and
start appropriate treatment to help.

Seizures And Epilepsy

Your pet is having seizures and the internet is just so confusing because there are so many different causes you just don’t know where to begin? We can do advanced brain imaging, blood testing, hormonal testing and liver and kidney function tests and imaging on-site. No need for referral.

Spinal Problems And Head Injuries

Often these injuries can be treated but you want to know what the chances of a happy outcome will be before you spend the money. We can help give you the prognosis you need before making any hard decisions.

Head Tilt And Loss Of Balance

Loss of balance and head tilt in pets is quite common but the cause is often not easily diagnosed. We have the on-site technological capability to make a diagnosis, so that you don’t have to go anywhere else.

Chronic Pain

You don’t want your pet to be in pain. An accurate diagnosis of the problem is crucial to successful treatment. We have advanced diagnostic capability and many treatment modalities for you and your pet.

My fur baby, Yoshi, was diagnosed with canine GME just before his 3rd birthday and Dr Rob saw him out of hours and diagnosed him ASAP and we commenced a medication that would hopefully keep him alive. He is now 8.5 years old and we have been seeing Dr Rob and Dr Torbin for years now, weaning down his medications every visit. I absolutely love TPM, the team always make us feel welcome and comfortable, they explain everything to us, undertake thorough consults and most recently for Yoshi’s dental surgery (last week) they were very professional and kept us informed at all times. I wouldn’t take Yoshi or any of my pets anywhere else and I am so grateful we have this service available locally. Thank you from the bottom of my heart – we would not have our little boy here without you. Eternally grateful.
