Telemedicine involves you sending a photo or video for one of our veterinarians to have a look and try to make a diagnosis. If it is possible to make a diagnosis based on images and video, we are able to prescribe you medicine for your pet. You can come and pick it up or we may be able to mail it to you if you live remotely.
Our mastiff was recently diagnosed with a massive tumor filling her stomach cavity. Against the odds, Dr Rob decided to operate, somehow managing to remove the growth without damaging surrounding organs, saving her life. Without Treendale’s fantastic surgeons and hyper modern facilities our puppy would be no more…Thanks so much guys.
Call one of our friendly receptionists and we will make an appointment time for the vet to review your images or video.
You will email or text the images and or video to us for the vet to review at the set time.
We will make a mutually agreeable time for the veterinarian to call you to discuss the case.
The vet may recommend treatments.
The veterinarian will dispense any medications your pet needs for you to collect at our reception on the same day or a convenient time for you to collect them.
If we are unable to make a diagnosis from the images, unfortunately, sometimes we will have to ask you to bring your pet to the vet, but we WILL NOT charge you for another appointment.
Social distancing is easy for pets and people in our spacious waiting areas.
