Mandy du Pre - Client Liaison

Mandy is the very caring lady who gives you a call after your pet has been to see us to make sure everything is OK.

Mandy started as a trainee veterinary nurse when we were located on 56 Old Coast Road as the Australind Veterinary Hospital. Mandy is a great link between our hospital and our patients because she is very experienced and has worked in all departments of the business both as a nurse, a receptionist and as the coordinator for our puppy school.

Mandy has great attention to detail and makes sure we get the minute details right from data entry to client instructions and follow ups.

Mandy enjoys working with the clients and helping them understand “code vet” and helping their pets get better and bridging any gaps in communication or treatment for the pets. Mandy is a good listener and has a very strong sense of empathy for people and has a very inquisitive mind. Mandy has a strong work ethic and has great customer service skills after a lifetime in the hospitality industry.

Away from work, Mandy is a very caring mother of four beautiful children. She enjoys catching up with friends and family and live music concerts and comedy.

Mandy has an attention to detail that is second to none. She notices the minute details and helps us dot the I’s and cross the t’s so that things don’t get forgotten and data entry is accurate. She is just so helpful, she is irreplaceable. I cannot remember working with someone with such incredible attention to detail.

I am often overwhelmed with an almost impossible work load and exhausted from working 100 hours a week with minimal sleep and Mandy makes sure things don’t slip through the cracks. Her loyalty and dedication to our business, our team and our clients is exceptional.
